In addition, we also publish monthly eNewsletters with generic updates and we send ePostcards to announce new listings when received to our Data Base of over 1,000 interested recipients.

Further, we regularly print multi-property Sotheby’s branded property brochures featuring a total of 18 various properties that we have listed, whereby the featured properties change with each brochure created—these brochures are distributed to all hotels, restaurants and law offices on island and are forwarded to key Sotheby’s offices in the North Eastern USA and London.

We have also created a DVD slide show featuring all listed villas, with art offerings from our art gallery interspersed into the slide show to reinforce the relationship between art and real estate as embodied in the Sotheby’s concept—the DVD slide show currently runs in the main hall of our real estate office, in the dining section of the adjacent Valley Bistro, and in the lobbies of the National Bank of Anguilla and the Caribbean Commercial Bank, both of whom are sponsors of our real estate and art gallery concept.
