REBATE POLICY

Magazine advertising is only available to clients with either an Exclusive Listing Agreement or an Open Listing Agreement in effect with Anguilla Properties / Sotheby’s International Realty.

With an Exclusive Listing Agreement in effect, all marketing expenses borne by the client are doubled and refunded to the client provided commission is paid under the terms of the Agreement—in addition, client’s proprietary name, logo, etc, can be included on the brochure or advertisement.

With an Open Listing Agreement in effect, all marketing expenses borne by the client are refunded to the client provided commission is paid under the terms of the Agreement--client’s proprietary name, logo, etc, cannot be included on the brochure or advertisement.
