breathtaking views of the neighboring islands of St. Martin, St. Bart's
and Saba, the villa offers a totally equipped enclave for a family or
small group holiday.
The 8,000 square foot compound is comprised of the Great House, with 3 air
conditioned bedroom suites, living, dining and library / media rooms, fully open
to the outdoor decks and an adjacent Gourmet Kitchen can be used to prepare
simple Al Fresco meals or a multi-course catered dining event. A two bedroom
Guesthouse with full bath and indoor / outdoor showers completes the residence
structure, sheltering the ocean front, 40 x 15 foot freshwater pool.
The beach area is easily accessed by a lighted stone walkway and equipped with
Kayak, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and umbrellas.
