AMB has 10,000 square feet of living space comprised of a series of 20’ by 20’ rooms connected by a covered spine. Each guest unit has a private bath, balcony, and is air-conditioned. When you enter the property there is long driveway that leads to the garage and the first guest unit (all on street level). This unit, unlike the others on the property, also has its own small living area and kitchenette connected to the master bedroom. As you enter the main property via a central staircase, you come upon the spine that connects two more guest units, a communal living room, and kitchen. Additionally connected to the kitchen is a powder room for guests’ convenience, a climate controlled walk-in pantry, laundry room, and maids quarters. Also on this level is a 20’ by 20’ pool (centrally located), outdoor shower and outdoor dining space. On the lower level you will find two additional guest units, additional laundry facility, and a full basement that may be used as a convertible space.

While guests enjoy the privacy of a master bedroom and private bath, complimentary breakfast is served daily, and they also are provided with full use of the kitchen, internet access, telephone, and television available in the communal living room. In addition to on site amenities, and guests receive complimentary transport to and from the airport or ferry terminal. AMB’s property manager also makes arrangements for guests requiring rental cars, water sport equipment, or restaurants recommendations and reservations prior to arrival and during their stay.
